As suggested in the leaks this displays features a no-bezel display or better known as Samsung’s ‘infinity edge display’.

The new S8 and S8 Plus features a 3000 mAh and 3500 mAh battery respectively. Although there’s no difference in batteries from last years S7 and S7 edge but due to the new more efficient processor the battery life should be better. Samsung has put in the newest 10 nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 inside the global version. For India and some other countries, Samsung will be using Exynos 8895. The processor will come coupled with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory. The MicroSD expansion slot is also available.

The Korean giants have also packed new twist on the software side. The whole UI is tweaked. The new UI features new themes, new icons, new on-screen buttons and also some more features. Samsung has also launched new Bixby voice assistant to take on Apple’s Siri and Google Assistant. Currently, it is limited only to Samsung’s own apps however it can perform a lot of interesting tasks with these apps. Samsung has also introduced Dex, a new desktop docking system for the Galaxy S8 and S8+. ‘Dex’ works a lot like the Microsoft’ Lumia 950 and 950XL’s dock.
