Obi SF1 now in India

Obi Worldphone expands its presence in India, launches Obi SF1 on Snapdeal. Customers can now buy the device at a special price of INR 9,999 for 16/2GB variant and INR 11,999 for the 32/3GB variant, only on Snapdeal.

The SF1 is set apart by iconic industrial design and comes with a floating glass display, integrated features such as Dolby Audio™ and a state of the art camera experience. With SF1, Obi has endeavoured to integrate elegant design with high-end technology from Qualcomm®, Sony, Corning Incorporated, Google, Japan Display Inc. and Samsung to deliver a powerful performance.

Obi Worldphone, the former Apple CEO John Sculley-backed company, launched its flagship smartphone, the Obi SF1 in India through an exclusive tie-up with Gadgets360, an NDTV venture. Continuing the momentum, Obi SF1 was then extended to Amazon India to further expand the consumer base.

Obi SF1 comes with 4G LTE and supports FDD B3 1800MHz and TDD B40 2300MHz bands. It features a unibody with metallic accents and floating glass display. It also comes with Corning® Gorilla® Glass 4 for screen protection. It runs Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with the Obi Lifespeed™ UI and is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 615 (MSM8939) SoC clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. The Obi SF1 supports expandable storage via MicroSD™ card (up to 64GB).
