• The salesperson will guide you to fill up the form and will give you a SIM Card.
• Once the registration is complete your SIM will be activated within 48 hours.
• After activation, install all Jio Apps to activate the preview offer.

In cases, we have also heard people saying that the sales persons at Digital Xpress Mini shops aren’t aware of such promotional offers. Yes, in many cases that’s true.  If they deny to provide you a Jio 4G sim card then go to the nearest Digital Xpress Store (not mini one’s) or Jio Center. Jio Center or Digital Xpress stores will get information a lot earlier than mini stores so there’s more chance for you to get a SIM in bigger stores.
