On Oct. 27th, Microsoft held an event called “Imagin What you can do”. They showcased about their upcoming Windows 10 upgrades and lifted the curtains of their new member of the Surface Line – The all new Surface Studio!
Surface Studio – Innovation of the Year
Surface Studio is the new member of Surface line. it is an all-in-one desktop computer with a massive touchscreen. The computer is termed as a “workstation” by Microsoft. The computer or say a workstation has a stunning 28″ PixelSense Display. Powered by the 6th Generation Intel Core i5/i7 processor; may be a K-variant or an X-variant processor will be used.
To handle the graphical requirements, Microsoft decided to power their workstation with up to 4GB of NVIDIA GeForce dedicated GPU. More the powerful features require more RAM. So here, Microsoft decided to provide users up to 32GB of RAM support. If you think that’s all, well, you are missing something . Yes! the storage. Microsoft gave 1TB of minimum storage from the starting models, further increasing it to 2TB.

The pricing of Surface Studio starts from $2,999 for the 1TB/8GB Intel Core i5 model, whereas the 1TB/16GB with Intel Core i7 is priced at $3,499 and last but not the least, the 2TB/32GB Intel Core i7 is priced at $4,199. All these models are currently on pre-orders and public availability is still not clear.
Microsoft already providing an exciting offer on pre-ordering Surface Studio before December 1 – getting a Surface Dialer for free after it will be shipped in 2017.
