Samsung reveals pricing of Galaxy A series

    Yesterday, Samsung gave its New Year present to the world. The all new Galaxy A series, dubbed as Galaxy A series (2017) saw daylight yesterday. The new series has an amazing feature – IP68 Water & Dust resistance certifications and all the three phones features a fingerprint scanner.

     

    Samsung reveals prices of Galaxy A series!

    Yesterday, Samsung launched its A series. The three devices are A3(2017), A5(2017) & A7(2017). All these three devices feature IP68 certification, which is absent in A series (2016) variant.

    These devices have “enhanced” camera, that can shoot better low-light images, as compared to 2016 variants. The smartphones also have premium looks and feels of that of the flagship devices.

    Coming down to pricing, A3 is priced for € 329 (approximately equal to ₹23,000) and A5 is priced for € 429 (approximately equal to ₹30,000).

    However, A7 will not launch in entire Europe.

    Let’s have a quick recap of what all these three new smartphones are giving!

    • A3 features a 4.7-inch display with 720x1280p resolution. It has a 1.6GHz Octa-Core processor along with 2GiB RAM, under the hood. It has 16GiB onboard storage and has a 2320mAh battery to power the device. Coming to the camera, the front camera sports an 8-megapixel whereas rear camera sports 13-megapixel camera.
    • A5 features a 5.2-inch display with 1080x1920p resolution. It has a 1.9GHz Octa-Core processor along with 3GiB RAM, under the hood. It has 32GiB onboard storage and has a 3000mAh battery to power the device. Coming to the camera, both front and rear camera sports 16-megapixel camera
    • A7 features a 5.7-inch display with 1080x1920p resolution. It has a 1.9GHz Octa-Core processor along with 3GiB RAM, under the hood. It has 32GiB onboard storage and has a 3600mAh battery to power the device. Coming to the camera, both front and rear camera sports 16-megapixel camera

    All these three smartphones have USB Type-C, Always On Display and also has fast charging capabilities.

    Sadly, all these three smartphones run on Android Marshmallow 6.0.
