ASUS recently launched a new smartphone to its Zenfone series i.e Zenfone 3 Max. The ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL) is priced at Rs. 17,999. It will be available in Titanium Gary, Glacier Silver, and Sand Gold colors.
The ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL)has a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera with a f/2.0 aperture and dual-LED flash, apart from an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
The highlight of the ZenFone 3 Max is its large 4100mAh battery, which also helps the smartphone double up as a power bank. On the 5.5-inch variant, the battery is rated to deliver up to 38 days of 4G standby time, and up to 17 hours of 3G talk time.
It has 32GB of inbuilt storage and comes with hybrid sim tray ie either two nano sim cards or one sim and a sd card and it can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB). The smartphone weighs 175 grams.
Final Verdict– Asus offers a great look and builds quality. The phone performed quite good when we were testing. It was able to handle almost all the games without any lags. There are many smartphones with same Snapdragon 430 chipset and are priced much lower such as Redmi 3s and 3s Prime but for good after sales and customer support Asus will definitely be a better choice.
